Join Older, Wiser, Livelier, Souls for the 2025 grand tour of the Silos and Smokestacks
National Heritage Area. November’s destination will be a visit to West Union to see the
Fayette County Historical Center. Please meet at Osborne Park at 10:15 AM, November
20 th , to carpool to our destination.
This O.W.L.S. adventure will tour the Fayette County Historical Center Museum to step
back in time to see how things used to be in Fayette County through themed rooms on
3 levels. Tour the school room, library, military room, political room, agriculture room and
rooms dedicated to the former towns of Lima and Donnan.
This will be the last O.W.L.S. adventure of the season. Join us again next season March
through November, for the 2026 series of O.W.L.S., Older Wiser Livelier Souls.
