“People of the Driftless”

Now Serving The Driftless Area!

Tell us about what you do for work or your business, and how long have you been doing this?
Originally met the owner of Epic Inkjets through a mutual friend. We started to work together a few years ago and I recently got more involved as a partner with the business. Our CEO, Chris, originally was looking for an opportunity to raise extra money to help fund his son who has autism. The cost of healthcare and education for a special needs’ child is extremely high. He found a way to help with the cost and also help other small business owners by starting Epic. I work with him on National sales and sales force development as well as marketing and brand awareness. My location, being in the Driftless Area, concentrates on what is happening to the small business owner specifically in the Driftless.

We’re constantly making things better, faster, smarter or less expensive. Tell us about a recent project or problem that you made better, faster, smarter, more efficient, or less expensive.
We are currently trying to develop a better way for business owners to order ink and toner, we understand time is important and we’re trying to make it easier to fulfill orders.

What do you wish other people knew about you or your business?
The biggest thing we strive for is relationship building, we have a great product, it’s substantially less than what you would buy online or at a big box store, and we guarantee it.
